Accessibility Statement
Lily is committed to providing an accessible experience for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.
Standards we follow
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance across all member-facing surfaces. Our practitioner and organization portals follow the same baseline, with additional considerations for clinical workflows.
What we've shipped
- Keyboard-navigable forms, modals, and search across the entire member experience
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds AAA on body copy and AA on UI
- Reduced-motion support that disables ambient animations when requested
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels reviewed by an external accessibility consultant
What we're working on
- Screen reader optimization on the practitioner scheduling surface
- Closed captions for all telehealth video sessions
- Translated experiences (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) on the public site
