Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lily. They are written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email legal@asklily.health.
1. Who we are
Lily AI, Inc. ("Lily," "we") provides a platform connecting members seeking mental health support with licensed practitioners and organizations. We do not provide therapy ourselves; Lily is technology that helps you find and pay for care.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create a Lily account, or 13+ with verified parent/guardian consent. Practitioners must hold a current professional license in the state where they treat members.
3. Care is between you and your practitioner
Lily is not a covered entity providing healthcare. The practitioner you connect with is responsible for the clinical care they provide. Lily provides the platform, payment rails, and matching tools — not a clinical opinion.
4. Payments and refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Session fees are billed at the time of booking and held until the session is complete. Refunds for missed sessions follow the practitioner's stated policy, displayed before booking.
5. Privacy and PHI
Your protected health information is handled under our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement. We never sell your data.
6. Account termination
You can close your account anytime. We retain de-identified session and outcome data for clinical research, and PHI for the period required by HIPAA and state law (typically 7 years).
7. Changes to these terms
We'll email you 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
